I use express post with tracking for both local and international delivery. Signature is required on delivery. I will send you an email with tracking information once the item is posted.

For international orders, there may be duties and taxes added to your package by your destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total.

If you’re not happy with the piece upon receiving it, contact me and we can work something out. Damage during transit is out of my control but I do insure all pieces during transit. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please see T & C below for further information.

Terms and Conditions

In the rare case that your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your package with photographs of the damage included.  If deemed faulty or damaged, I will respond with the appropriate action within 7 days of your return being brought to my attention.
I must be informed within 7 days of your order arriving damage or faulty for a refund to be applicable. 
Any refund must be prior arranged with me and confirmed. I will provide a return address for your parcel.
Return postage cost is to be paid by the buyer, and refunds will be processed only when goods are received back at my facility. 
I will make the final decision if an item is faulty or not as described and determine if the level of issue warrants a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
